The 3rd transnational meeting of the project took place at Iscte on the 20th and 21st of March, with the participation of teams from all partners: Hacettepe University, from Turkey, SENED and Sosyal (2 NGOs from Turkey), Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas from Brazil, ICESI University from Colombia, Instituto Marqu\u00eas de Vale Flor from Portugal, Fundac\u00edon Magtel and UNED from Spain. This meeting also includes the participation of General C\u00e9sar Parra, responsible for the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration of FARC in Colombia project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
